We are a locally owned, minority-led center dedicated to a boutique approach to ABA. We are looking for a BCBA who values integrity over compliance and is ready to provide neuro-affirming care in a supportive, high-touch environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Use clinical expertise to select and conduct the most appropriate assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) for each learner, ensuring treatment plans are both evidence-based and deeply individualized. Provide direct oversight, training, and genuine supervision to RBTs and graduate students. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure clinical quality and compliance. Collaborate with families to ensure clinical goals are aligned with their daily lives. Maintain clinical quality and documentation standards that reflect our "Integrity" value. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture that values sustainability and growth.
Qualifications:
The ability to lead with the Valor of Vulnerability providing mentorship that empowers RBTs and graduate students to grow. High-level organizational skills that ensure every treatment plan, data point, and parent communication is handled with integrity. To us, being organized isn't just about paperwork; it's about ensuring every child's progress is accurately seen and supported. A talent for synchronizing the efforts of clinical teams and families so that everyone is pulling in the same direction. Current BCBA Certification and Illinois LBA (Required). 2-4 years experience preferred, but we value clinical maturity and a human-first mindset above all else.
Compensation:
W2 employment Base Salary (80k-105k)+ Bonus weekly opportunity
