Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Ready to be on a team that truly operates with integrity? The BCBA/BCaBA will be responsible for assessing, designing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions. This role involves close collaboration with families, RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and other professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Develop individual behavior intervention plans based on assessment results. Supervise and provide clinical guidance to RBTs and other behavior technicians. Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and adjust behavior intervention plans as needed. Collaborate with families, staff, educators, and other professionals on implementation of ABA strategies and client supports. Conduct monthly Parental meetings/trainings to assist with behavioral support. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Maintain detailed documentation and data collection in accordance with ethical and organizational standards. Ensure compliance with BACB ethics code and relevant healthcare regulations. Other administrative duties as required.
