Job Description
The boarding and daycare team at Lodi Veterinary Care is looking for a passionate part-time employee that enjoys animal care, being on one's feet, and spending time outdoors in all types of weather. Duties include but are not limited to: walking dogs, feeding, medicating, bathing and cleaning up after pets, as well as giving lots of snuggles. Our facility provides both daycare and overnight boarding services and is connected to the veterinary clinic. This position offers the opportunity to meet and connect with a wide range of dogs and cats and their wonderful pet parents. Maintaining a clean and safe facility is a high priority. Customer service and computer skills are required. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be team oriented, and enjoy a fast paced environment. Hours include daytime hours and evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekends and holidays are rotated among team members. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including: paid time off, paid holidays, uniform allowance, and great pet care benefits.
