Boat Detailer - Full-Time GSPS Marine - Gulf Shores, AL GSPS Marine, the Gulf Coast's fastest‑growing marine and power sports dealership, is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Boat Detailer to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our boats and power sport units are presented at the highest standard for inventory photos, customer viewings, and final delivery. Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Boat Detailer/Lot Crew member, where your energy and attention to detail will help showcase our premium boats and maintain a pristine lot environment. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing boats for display and customer delivery, ensuring every vessel looks its best. Your proactive approach will contribute to an exceptional customer experience and uphold the high standards of our dealership. Key Responsibilities Wash, dry, vacuum, and detail boats to prepare them for customer delivery Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of boats and power sport units on the lot Support inventory presentation by ensuring units are photo‑ready Work efficiently to complete all tasks in a timely and thorough manner Assist with general lot and warehouse upkeep as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Dependable, energetic, and hard‑working Ability to work outdoors 95% of the day in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation is required Forklift experience is a plus Minimum 1 year of detail/lot experience (required) Clean driving record (application question) Schedule Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Compensation & Benefits Entry-level pay based on experience Benefits available after waiting period, including: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee discount This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in boat care and lot maintenance while delivering outstanding service.
