Duties Greet customers warmly, provide rental information, and assist with selecting the appropriate boats and equipment Operate and oversee boat rigging, ensuring all safety gear and accessories are correctly installed and functional Conduct safety checks on boats prior to rental, verifying condition and adherence to safety standards Assist customers with launching, docking, and retrieving boats while demonstrating proper handling techniques Maintain cleanliness of rental boats, docks, storage areas, and equipment to ensure a pristine environment Monitor boat usage during rentals, enforce safety protocols, and respond promptly to any issues or emergencies Keep detailed records of rentals, equipment inspections, maintenance needs, and incident reports Requirements • Experience or familiarity with rigging techniques used in securing boats and equipment Ability to perform physical tasks Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and promote safety procedures Attention to detail in inspecting boats for safety compliance and operational readiness A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for outdoor activities and water sports • Embark on an exciting role that combines technical skills with vibrant customer interactions!
