Body Shop Estimator

Job Description:

We are a high volume shop and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Automotive Damage Estimator to join our team. This role is focused on Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and traditional body shop estimating. If you have experience writing estimates, working with insurance, and know your way around CCC ONE estimating software , this is a great opportunity to step into a high-volume, high-income environment. We specialize in automotive hail damage and work directly with customers and insurance companies to streamline repairs and maximize accuracy on every estimate.

What You'll Do:

Write accurate estimates for hail damage and collision repairs Use CCC to create, update, and finalize repair estimates Work directly with customers and insurance adjusters Review vehicles and identify all repairable damage (PDR & conventional) Manage supplements and ensure maximum claim value Help guide jobs from intake through completion (Optional) Assist with shop operations if you have management experience

What We're Looking For:

Experience in body shop estimating (required) Experience in PDR estimating (preferred, but not required) Strong proficiency with CCC estimating software Ability to identify full scope of vehicle damage Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and able to handle volume Management experience is a big plus and will increase compensation

Compensation:

Competitive base + commission (based on experience) Top performers can earn $80K+ Higher pay available for candidates with management experience
