Bookkeeper

Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper whose analytical, decision making skills and ability to multitask will help us to provide customers with the attention and service that we expect. Mid-Western Millwright has been in existence since 1997 taking pride in providing customers with, not only exceptional customer service but a finished product second to none. This position is for a Book Keeper position, mainly Accounts Receivable. Position also will take part in job costing, verifying employee hours verse billed hours, helping with Payroll as needed, and various other office duties. We use QuickBooks Desktop as our accounting software, so experience with QuickBooks is required Starting pay is $22, but can be more based on experience and skill set.

Essential Job Functions:

Job cost analysis Maintain files Accounts Receivable duties Payroll/tax duties as required Verifying billable hours Answering phones and interacting with vendors and clients Assist in day-to-day office operations Must be able to complete work with little or no supervision

General Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of QuickBooks experience Proficient with MS Office Effective communication skills, including with owner, co-workers and customers Must have good time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and organize Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially Good listening skills with the ability to follow verbal directions correctly Must be able to pass a drug screen Preferred Experience Accounts Receivable/Payable Payroll Experience Experience with Supplier software (Ariba, Taulia, etc.) Company DescriptionMid-Western Millwright is an industrial construction contractor founded in 1997 that provides a turn-key solution to a variety of projects.
