Bookkeeper

Job Description Dantio Grabo & Company CPA's is located in Westlake, OH providing accounting and tax services to clients in a variety of industries. We are dedicated to servicing our clients based on our three underlying principles: professionalism, responsiveness, and quality. We are seeking a bookkeeper (part-time May - December, full-time January - April) to join our firm. You will work with a diverse client base, develop strong professional relationships, and collaborate with a supportive team that values reliability, precision, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a structured, in-office environment. If you are proficient with QuickBooks, desire to prepare individual tax returns, and are looking for a stable opportunity where your contributions are valued, we encourage you to apply. Summary of Responsibilities Maintain a kind, positive, and warm approach to our clients and employees Assist with the clean-up of client-prepared accounting records; including adjusting entries, book-to-tax adjustments, and other supporting schedules Communicate with accountants regarding the status of projects and additional information required Prepare and complete bank and credit card reconciliations Process payroll and assist with additional accounting functions as needed Preparation of basic individual 1040 tax returns Collaborate with team members to support tax preparation and other accounting projects

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
