Job Description

Pulse Vascular, LLC is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to support financial operations across multiple entities. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and accountability, along with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This position partners closely with executive leadership, including direct support to the CFO, and plays a key role in maintaining financial organization and operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring prior bookkeeping experience—preferably across multiple companies—and demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across multiple entities Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking Perform routine bank and account reconciliations Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely, organized, and professional communication Track and maintain clear separation of financial activity across multiple companies Support financial reporting and assist with month-end and year-end close processes Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies proactively Collaborate with leadership to support financial operations and reporting needs Follow established workflows while remaining adaptable to evolving operational priorities
Qualifications:
Prior bookkeeping experience required (multi-entity experience strongly preferred) Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clarity across various entities Professional communication skills, including strong email management Experience working with or supporting executive-level staff preferred High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential financial information Quick learner who can take direction, implement feedback, and work both independently and collaboratively Willingness to learn on the job and grow within the role
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is reliable, highly organized, and capable of maintaining structure across multiple moving parts. The right candidate will be proactive, responsive, and comfortable operating in a role that supports both day-to-day bookkeeping functions and broader organizational needs alongside executive leadership.
Additional Consideration:
Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be comfortable managing multiple entities, high-volume communication, and detailed financial tracking. Applicants who prefer a slower-paced or single-entity environment may not find this role to be the best fit.
