Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Pelham, AL. This role supports daily office operations through data entry, account maintenance, phone support, and general administrative tasks. We're looking for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with Microsoft Office is required, and QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus — but no worries, we are willing to train the right person. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company and great team, we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position located in Pelham, AL offering competitive pay, benefits, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match. Bookkeeper Responsibilities Enter data into accounting software and spreadsheets Maintain accurate customer and vendor account records Assist with answering and directing phone calls Support day-to-day office operations Complete administrative tasks assigned by management Help organize files, reports, and office documentation Bookkeeper Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Comfortable working in a team environment Dependable and willing to learn Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required No formal bookkeeping experience required — we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn Bookkeeper Benefits Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Critical illness insurance Paid holidays (6 per year) and Paid vacation/PTO 401(k) with company matchPay:
