Full-Time 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Comptroller to manage and oversee our company's financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data Back up for payroll processing and related reporting Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Work with external accountants for tax preparation and audits Develop and maintain internal financial controls Able to supervise other employees Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Comptroller, or similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Excel) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in Distribution and storage warehouse helpful Knowledge of payroll and costing Must be able to provide work references Will require a background check and a signed NDA Company DescriptionPlastic sheet distributionCompany DescriptionPlastic sheet distribution
