Bookkeeper

Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekly work in a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Process invoices and maintain financial records Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports Assist with payroll coordination and expense tracking Maintain accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Work closely with management to ensure organized financial operations

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices Highly organized with strong attention to detail Trustworthy, professional, and reliable Ability to work independently and efficiently

Position Details:

Part-time:

Once per week No weekends Flexible weekday scheduling Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
