Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist

We're an established construction company in Silver Point, TN with over 15 years in business, and we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist to manage our day‑to‑day financial operations. If you're detail‑oriented, dependable, and skilled with QuickBooks, we want to meet you. Responsibilities Handle weekly payroll processing , including wages, taxes, and deductions Maintain the general ledger and manage accounts payable / accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements Prepare journal entries and assist with budgeting Generate basic financial reports for management Help with HR support, safety and other duties as needed. Qualifications Strong QuickBooks experience Payroll processing experience required Knowledge of double‑entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation Basic 10‑key and data‑entry accuracy; Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency preferred Must be able to type at least 60 WPM Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Join our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
