Job Description

This full-time position will work on multiple clients and will be responsible for completing timely projects for accurate filings. You will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties including payroll preparation and filing applicable payroll tax deposits; preparation of quarterly payroll reports 941 and SUTA; annual reports 940, W2s, W3, 1099s; preparation of property assessments and other various forms such as Workers' Comp Audits and General Liability Audits. This position is also responsible for financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations and preparation of AJEs. QuickBooks, Word, & Excel experience a plus. Accounting Degree is preferred but not required. Detail-oriented, good communication skills, team-oriented and leadership skills are desired qualifications. We offer a variety of financial services including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax & tax preparation.
