Job Description

Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position is responsible for assisting the Bookkeeper in providing information to Closers, Lenders, Sales Representatives, and otherwise assisting with bookkeeping and business details by performing the following duties. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
Assist the Bookkeeper with deposits, check cutting, incoming/outgoing wire transfers, file and account reconciliations, and other banking-related activities. Assist in petty cash disbursements and reconcile petty cash account. Prepare and handle stop payment requests. Handle transfer of funds among accounts. Post transactions in the Double Time closing software program. Compile, organize, and disburse various banking-related reports. All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A good understanding of real estate accounting/bookkeeping procedures and best practices. Ability to meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
