Position Title Boutique Associate Position Summary The Boutique Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and stylish shopping environment. This role assists customers with merchandise selection, supports daily store operations, and helps create a positive shopping experience that reflects the boutique's brand and values. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide personalized styling and product recommendations Maintain knowledge of current merchandise, promotions, and store policies Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory organization Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Support visual merchandising displays and seasonal floor changes Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned Promote a positive team environment and contribute to store goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and cash handling skills Interest in fashion and styling is preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds Ability to walk, bend, and reach throughout scheduled shifts Schedule Flexible availability including weekends and holidays may be required Work Environment The Boutique Associate works in a retail environment focused on customer satisfaction, teamwork, professionalism, and maintaining a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
