In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining brake systems and wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our reputation for quality automotive care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicles, including those equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and diesel engines. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive brake repairs, including pad, rotor, caliper, drum, and hydraulic system servicing with precision and attention to detail Conduct wheel alignments using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure proper tire contact and vehicle handling Diagnose issues related to suspension, shocks & struts, steering components, and wheel assemblies using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics Inspect and service vehicle components such as tires, shocks & struts, suspension systems, and wheel bearings to uphold safety standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive electrical systems knowledge to complete repairs efficiently Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides for accurate troubleshooting of complex systems like powertrain, transmissions, and ADAS features Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle inspections in accordance with manufacturer specifications Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on brake systems and wheel alignment procedures Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrain components, and diesel engine repair Familiarity with ADAS technology integration and calibration procedures for modern vehicles Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize diagnostic tools effectively for troubleshooting complex issues Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance instruments Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward vehicle owners' needs Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus; certification in auto estimating or auto body repair is advantageous Join our team as a Brake and Alignment Technician where your expertise will drive us forward!
