Branch Manager

Join Our Team Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-driven Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, support team development, and help deliver exceptional experiences to our members. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys coaching others, and has a strong understanding of financial institution operations and member service. What You'll Do As Branch Manager, you will oversee the branch's day-to-day operations while supporting staff development, member satisfaction, and branch growth.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to create a motivated and high-performing team Ensure exceptional member service through efficient and professional branch operations Monitor branch performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Assist in resolving complex member service or account concerns Maintain branch security procedures and support staff training on security protocols Serve as a backup to frontline operations, including teller functions, new accounts, and loan support as needed Foster a strong sales and service culture focused on relationship building and sound business practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution required Prior supervisory or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of financial institution operations, products, and services Experience in consumer lending and loan processing preferred Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly Why Join MMCCU? $58,240.00 - $70,720.00 per year
