Branch Operations Manager - Northeast Branch

Job Duties:

Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Ensure friendly, fast and efficient customer service. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting. Support branch by providing friendly, fast and efficient customer service with direct responsibility for Branch Teller Operations. Assist and support the branch manager with branch duties as needed. Maintain the cash vault and facility limits. Distribute all special projects and handle each customer in a professional manner.

Requirements:

College degree preferred, although previous work experience may be considered, a minimum of three to five years of banking experience preferable. Experience in all phases of bank operations is required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and bank management, create and maintain a good company image with the general public. Must be able to coordinate and supervise the branch's operation activities and motivate employees under direct supervision. The ability to act independently and handle customer problems/complaints is necessary.
