The Brand Account Manager - Beauty and Personal Care is responsible for managing Univar Solutions' relationship with independent Brands (headquartered in North America). The role will create and implement technical and innovation strategies that drive sales growth of key focus ingredients.

What youll do:

Penetrate and grow project driven sales Provide Indie Brands, access to key suppliers, technical and lab support Work with consultants/formulators to define trends and create winning value propositions for key stakeholders in this space Work with Regional Beauty and Personal Care Brands to increase our sales pipeline with contract manufacturers. Build and maintain a strategic brand owner pipeline that is aligned with key supplier objectives What youll need: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or similar and demonstrated experience in a related technical field Successful experience (5 years minimum) in Beauty and Personal Care Sales, Marketing, or product development. Product Formulation experience preferred. Availability to travel and visit customers on a regular basis Demonstrated business development skills to generate growth Ability to work across boundaries and drive complex partnerships particularly through Business Development Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and multi-task responsibilities. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with all levels of people in the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in establishing strong customer relationships and in negotiating with senior business managers High level of decision-making expertise, balancing customer needs with company requirements. Projects a professional and positive image both inside and outside of the company PC literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce Where youll work: Home-based opportunity for candidates based in Jersey, York or Pennsylvania.
