Brand Ambassador

VenHub Brand Ambassador Assist customers with placing orders and provide information about VenHub products and services. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, promote the VenHub brand, and help create a positive customer experience.

Duties Actively promote the VenHub brand through engaging customer interactions during the World Cup at VenHub locations Capture and share social media content, including event highlights and engaging customer experiences Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating how to use the VenHub application, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest Support event activities and help create an energetic, welcoming environment Represent VenHub professionally and enthusiastically at all times Experience Experience with product demonstrations, promotions, marketing campaigns, sales, or customer engagement is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment Social media content creation experience is beneficial Why Join VenHub?
