Position Overview:

We're seeking dynamic Brand Ambassadors in New Jersey to represent our cannabis brand at local dispensaries and events. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, sales-driven individuals with a passion for cannabis and connecting with people. You'll play a key role in event execution and brand representation, ensuring every interaction with the brand is engaging and impactful.

Responsibilities:

Positively represent our cannabis brands, enhancing brand awareness and driving sales through demos at local dispensaries and events. Engage customers with energetic and knowledgeable marketing tactics. Provide feedback and consumer insights to help shape future marketing strategies. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively answer questions and make recommendations. Collaborate on strategies to fulfill brand goals and widen reach.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older due to age-restricted products, ability to obtain a CRC ID card. Preferred experience as a brand promotions, sales, marketing, or customer service. Cannabis industry experience preferred; knowledge of or personal/professional experience with cannabis is a big plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience. Energetic and professional demeanor with a solid work ethic. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and reliable transportation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds as needed for event setup and breakdown
