Brand Ambassador/ Labor Staff

Join our team at ⭐ Assist Marketing ⭐ as a Brand Ambassador and step into the dynamic realm of brand representation and experiential marketing. Gain on-the-ground, first-hand marketing experience by helping us represent some of the nation's top brands! Are you ready to bring energy and excitement to one of the most iconic energy drink brands? We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable labor and promo staff to create an exciting experience at a retail pop-up in Fort Campbell, KY, and Lebanon, TN. (Staff do not need to be available for both locations)

Duties:

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

Hand out product samples and premium giveaways while creating a positive experience for consumers. Encourage participation with interactive touch screens and a branded photo booth. Arrive polished and ready to represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Punctuality, approachability, and the ability to stand for extended periods are essential. Be part of NASCAR-themed elements that enhance fan experience and add excitement and energy to the overall activation.

Key Labor Requirements:

Assist with complete event space setup and teardown Use basic tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and hammers Safely climb up and down an 8 ft ladder Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs Support on-site operational needs as directed Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Staff should be comfortable with full event setup and breakdown and prepared for physical, hands-on tasks throughout the activation.

Pay & Additional Compensation Labor and Promo Staff:

$29/hour

Onsite Backup:

$70 flat rate Uniforms Navy Blue Shorts/pants

LABOR STAFF ONLY

If you are strictly in a labor staff position, you may wear all black attire (Black shirt, Black pants/shorts, black shoes). Shorts must be at least knee length or longer. Dates Needed

If you are considered as a candidate for the event, you will be contacted directly via email or phone to discuss event details, the pay rates and to schedule a video interview.
