Job Description

Charlie Fox (luxury cannabis retail) and Calissa (hospitality) are seeking a Brand & Marketing Lead to drive measurable customer growth, retention, and revenue across both businesses. This role is execution-focused. Brand vision and creative direction are led by ownership; this role is responsible for translating that vision into clear, organized, and high-performing marketing initiatives. We are looking for a hands-on operator or tightly integrated firm with strong practical experience across hospitality and retail/CPG marketing. Key Responsibilities Execution & Campaign Management (Core Focus) Translate brand direction into fully executed marketing campaigns across channels Own end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and CRM initiatives Build and manage segmentation, campaign calendars, and deployment schedules Ensure consistent, detail-driven execution across all marketing touchpoints Leveraging existing customer relationships across the three brands The demands of the businesses are seasonal, i.e. there will be a focus on only 1-2 of the existing operations at a given time. Direct Marketing & CRM Execute campaigns that drive: reservations (Calissa/Amali) in-store traffic and product sales (Charlie Fox) Manage customer lifecycle marketing across: acquisition retention repeat visitation/purchase Track and report on performance (revenue, covers, conversion, repeat rate) Support product launches, menu changes, and seasonal initiatives with coordinated campaigns Align marketing efforts across restaurant and retail environments Ensure all initiatives are tied to clear business outcomes Partnerships & Events (Execution-Led) Execute existing partnerships and events that drive measurable traffic and customer acquisition Originate new brand partnerships outside of our existing relationships Manage logistics, coordination, and follow-through Integrate all activations into CRM capture and post-event marketing Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience in hospitality, retail, or CPG Proven ability to execute campaigns directly (not just manage strategy or agencies) Experience with: Email + SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Alpine IQ, etc.) Reservation systems (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable) Retail/POS tools (Toast, Shopify, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines with consistency High level of taste and ability to execute within an established brand vision Important This is a hands-on execution role, not a pure strategy role Brand direction is set by leadership; success in this role is defined by quality and consistency of execution Preferred Experience across both hospitality and retail/CPG environments Familiarity with Hamptons / NYC customer base Strong understanding of customer behavior and repeat business drivers Experience in cannabis and/or related industries To Apply Please send a brief introduction and examples of campaigns you personally executed (not just managed) that drove measurable results
