Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service during breakfast hours.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area with necessary utensils, food, and beverages
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests or dietary needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
• Clear tables and clean up breakfast area after service
• Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of all food items

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Experience in catering or hotel breakfast services is advantageous
• Basic culinary skills including knife handling are desirable
