Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for our guests by maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, preparing food items, and providing excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to start their day right. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils. Ensure all food items are presented attractively and adhere to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Monitor food supplies and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with any inquiries. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Clean kitchen equipment and utensils after use, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Skills Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a hygienic environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous. Strong cash handling skills, including experience with cash registers. Excellent phone etiquette for taking guest inquiries or reservations if needed. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness.
