This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests each morning.

General Responsibilities Include:

Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards. Prepare and replenish breakfast items throughout service hours. Ensure all food items are presented in a clean, organized, and appealing manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, kitchen space, tables, counters, and equipment. Wash dishes, utensils, and serving equipment as needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests. Greet guests with a smile and assist with questions or special requests when possible. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Assist with light cleaning duties in public areas as needed. Work closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
