Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, buffet stations, and food prep zones Assist guests with food selections, dietary needs, and inquiries to enhance their dining experience Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours Support catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring timely delivery of breakfast services for events Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable Strong background in customer service and serving guests in hospitality settings Experience with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining hygiene standards Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety regulations Previous banquet or catering experience adds value to your skill set Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environments Join us to deliver memorable mornings filled with warmth, excellent service, and delicious breakfast creations!
