Breakfast Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and beverages. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast needs. Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and dining areas throughout service. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of culinary quality. Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during breakfast service. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in food service or culinary roles is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Knowledge of restaurant management systems such as OpenTable is advantageous but not required.
