Breakfast Attendant / Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts accurately
• Set up and break down breakfast service and dining room.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle guest relations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow a checklist but also prioritize tasks as required by guest needs
• Weekend morning or evening availability
• Morning shift: 7am-3pm
• Evening shift: 2pm-9pm
• Must be Available to work Holidays, Weekends and Nights as needed, included Memorial Day, July 4th,

Labor Day Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in front desk operations
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Customer service experience

Compensation:

• $18 per hour
• Private events are held every few weeks which provide an opportunity for pooled gratuity
• Hourly wage does not change for serving private events, tips are processed via paycheck on top of hourly compensation
• Cash tips during breakfast service
