Role:

We're seeking an experienced and reliable Line Cook to lead execution of our breakfast and brunch service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in consistency and cleanliness, and enjoys working with thoughtful, high-quality ingredients. You'll play a key role in both service and daily prep, helping maintain a kitchen that is organized, efficient, and aligned with our standards. Key Responsibilities Execute breakfast and brunch service with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications Complete daily prep tasks (mise en place, batch prep, basic butchery, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen at all times Follow all sanitation, food safety, and storage protocols Support dishwashing and general kitchen cleanliness as needed Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries Communicate clearly with front-of-house and kitchen team members Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications 2+ years of professional kitchen experience (breakfast/brunch experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality High standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Consistent daytime schedule Collaborative, respectful work environment Opportunity to work with seasonal, thoughtfully sourced ingredients Competitive hourly pay based on experience Employee discount Paid sick time
