Job Summary Lanikai Brewing Company is hiring a Brewer to support daily production operations at our Kailua production facility. This role is responsible for assisting in wort production, cellar work, packaging, and maintaining quality standards across our portfolio. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about locally inspired craft beer. About the Company Lanikai Brewing Company is a rapidly growing brewery based in Kailua, HI. Since 2014, we have been creating Island Inspired™ products that utilize at least one locally sourced ingredient. Our production facility is equipped to create an array of beers, seltzers, and spirits that are sold across the islands! At the moment, we have two primary taproom/restaurants (Kailua and Volcano) with plans to continue adding more in the coming years. Responsibilities include:

Execute wort production operations (milling, mashing, boiling, etc.) Perform cellar duties including, but not limited to; fermentation monitoring, dry hopping, CIPs, and yeast handling Assist with packaging (kegging, canning, etc.)Clean and sanitize all brewing equipment and production areas Maintain accurate brewing and production logs Follow all safety and quality control procedures Assist with inventory and raw material handling Qualifications 1+ year brewing or production experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and on a team Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends Preferred...
