• Full-time Tequesta Brewing Co is seeking a reliable Brewer's Assistant , supporting both Beer production and facility maintenance.

The right candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn all aspects of the brewing process. Responsibilities Clean and maintain kegs, draft lines, and brewery production area Assist with canning runs and packaging operations Perform beer transfers, kegging, and cellar work Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the brewhouse, cellar and walk-in cooler Perform preventative maintenance tasks Assist with general upkeep of brewery, bar and common areas Support maintenance & Improvement projects throughout facility, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, equipment maintenance/repair and miscellaneous Occasionally needed during off regular business hours Requirements Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly Ability to maneuver 160 lbs Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
