Bridal & Evening Dress Sales Associate Jacqueline's Bridal is looking for a full-time Bridal & Evening Dress Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is friendly, polished, organized, and passionate about fashion and customer service. In this role, you will help brides and special occasion clients find the perfect gown while creating a warm, professional, and memorable shopping experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, has a strong sense of style, and is motivated to learn and grow within the bridal and evening wear industry. Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service Assist brides and evening wear clients with gown selection and styling Help customers choose accessories that complete their overall look Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant showroom environment Support merchandising, steaming, organizing, and presentation of gowns and accessories Process transactions professionally using our POS system Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced boutique environment Qualifications Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English Professional appearance and polished manner Friendly, positive, and reliable personality Always on time and dependable Saturday availability is required Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail Previous retail or fashion experience is preferred, but not required Bridal or formalwear experience is a plus No criminal background We are willing to train and prepare the right candidate.
