Bridge Structural Project Manager V3 Companies 145000.00 To 165000.00 (USD) Annually paid time off, retirement plan United States, Illinois, Woodridge May 19, 2026 V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Bridge Structural Project Manager to join our Structural Group in Woodridge, Illinois. You will play a key role in delivering impactful infrastructure projects for clients including IDOT, Illinois Tollway, Chicago DOT, county DOTs, and local municipalities, with a strong pipeline and continued growth ahead. We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, can manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and mentor team members while sharing technical expertise across the group. Here's what you'll do: Lead and manage bridge and structural projects from planning through design and delivery Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships Perform and review structural design calculations, plans, and specifications Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of project deliverables Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients to advance project goals Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client outreach Mentor and develop staff through technical guidance and project involvement We're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from ABET Accredited university. Master's degree with a structural focus is preferred. SE license required. 15+ years of combined experience in bridge and structural design and project management Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects Experience mentoring and developing staff Experience in projects for clients such as IDOT, Illinois Tollway, Chicago DOT, County DOT's and local municipalities Strong understanding of AASHTO, AREMA, IDOT and ISTHA design standards Proficient in MicroStation.
