Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager A well-established commercial landscape company in Monmouth County is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee landscape maintenance and snow operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing crew leaders, coordinating daily schedules, controlling labor hours, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee daily commercial landscape maintenance operations Manage and support crew leaders and field employees Create and adjust daily and weekly work schedules Assign crews, vehicles, equipment, and materials Monitor labor hours, overtime, productivity, and job performance Ensure properties are completed within budgeted hours Inspect properties and correct quality issues Train, coach, and develop crew leaders and employees Enforce company safety and equipment procedures Communicate with customers, property managers, employees, and management Maintain accurate digital records, schedules, inspections, and employee documentation Use email, spreadsheets, scheduling software, timekeeping systems, and mobile applications Assist with hiring, performance management, and employee accountability Snow Responsibilities Help plan and manage commercial snow and ice operations Review forecasts and prepare staffing and equipment assignments Coordinate employees, subcontractors, plow trucks, loaders, and materials Monitor operations throughout snow and ice events Track hours, materials, site completion, and service documentation Inspect properties during and after storms Respond to changing conditions, staffing issues, and equipment problems Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays during winter weather events Qualifications Commercial landscape maintenance experience Experience supervising multiple crews or crew leaders Strong knowledge of mowing, pruning, planting, turf care, seasonal cleanups, and landscape equipment Experience managing snow and ice operations preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage schedules, labor hours, and multiple properties Strong computer and mobile technology skills Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are a plus Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Year-round employment This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced landscape professional who is ready to take ownership of daily operations, improve efficiency, develop employees, and maintain high service standards.
Pay:
