What You'll Do As a Speech-Language Pathologist with us, you will: Deliver individualized and small-group therapy to autistic and neurodivergent children. Use strengths-based, child-led, relationship-centered approaches to support communication and engagement. Collaborate with families, school teams, and other professionals to co-create functional, meaningful goals. Integrate multiple communication methods (AAC, gesture, sign, verbal) tailored to each child's needs. Document progress through growth-centered reports that reflect emerging capacities. Participate in reflective supervision, interdisciplinary discussions, and ongoing professional learning. You should apply if... : You value neurodiversity as a beautiful part of human variation. Valid NJ SLP license and/or Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC). Experience with autism, developmental differences, or developmental approaches is preferred. DIR certification is a plus - but we're happy to train the right candidate. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
