WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will work directly with homeowners as a trusted resource throughout the roofing process. The role combines face-to-face customer interaction, education, organization, and sales, including: Meet with homeowners to understand concerns and assess potential roofing needs Explain roofing materials, available solutions, and project expectations in clear terms Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with internal production teams Help customers understand the insurance restoration process and next steps Participate in regular coaching designed to strengthen your sales and communication skills The goal is simple: provide a professional customer experience while developing the skills that support long-term success.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Your earning potential increases as you build experience, improve your performance, and take on greater leadership responsibility.
New Sales Professionals:
$6,000 to $12,000 per month
Experienced Roofing Specialists:
$9,000 to $18,000 per month
Sales Managers:
$250,000+ annually
Regional Leaders:
