WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a position focused on creating conversations with homeowners and introducing them to NTY. You will receive guidance on our process and use company-provided resources to: Speak with homeowners about potential home improvement needs Create and qualify new project opportunities Explain available services in a clear and professional way Track your activity and work toward individual performance goals You will have regular access to coaching as you build confidence and become more effective in the field.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission, with weekly pay.

New Representatives:

Developing Representatives:
