Brunch Cook

We are currently hiring for a weekend Brunch Cook at Hill & Vine. Normal shifts will be Saturday and Sunday mornings from 6:00a-3:30pm. If looking for additional hours during the week, we can find placement there as well.

Skills:

Proven experience as a line cook preferred but not mandatory. Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Ability to work or learn a station of the Kitchen. Good record in the kitchen Positive attitude

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
