We are seeking a Brush Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality workmanship. This individual will maintain the brush machines, support the assembly process, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Location :

Coon Valley, WI Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain brush machines to ensure efficient, safe, and consistent production. Perform regular machine checks and keep equipment in good operating condition. Assemble

SCRUSHER

Boot & Shoe Cleaners as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform manual labor requiring strength and dexterity. Collaborate with a small, dedicated team and communicate improvements, issues, or corrections clearly with co-workers. Be willing to assist with other company functions as needed. Follow training and standard operating procedures (training provided). Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Strong math skills, including measurement calculations. Machine operation experience with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
