As a Behavior Therapist at Golden Resources ABA you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and their families. Our clients vary in age, goals, and support needs. To ensure the best possible care, therapists are matched with clients based on clinical fit, scheduling, and client-specific preferences. //www.goldenresourcesaba.com/ Primary Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing skill acquisition plans, behavior protocols and behavior support plans as written by the supervising BCBA Create and maintain a safe, fun and stimulating environment Collect accurate data throughout each session Complete thorough and timely session notes Consistently communicate with the supervising BCBA and Clinic Coordinator Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred) Experience in working with children with autism a plus but not required Self-motivated to learn and grow professionally Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others Ability to actively play with children for 20 minutes at a time, stand, sit, squat, bend, twist and lift 50 lbs Reliable transportation Experience with Passage Health but not required Benefits BCBA owned company On the job training; 10-20% of clinical time supervised by the
