In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, educate patrons on product offerings, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. As a key part of our retail experience, you will help customers make informed choices while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Your enthusiasm and expertise will directly contribute to a positive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations tailored to their needs Maintain in-depth knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and consumption methods Educate customers on product effects, dosing, and benefits to ensure informed decisions Process transactions accurately using POS system and follow cash handling procedures Upsell complementary products and promote current deals to enhance sales Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked for an inviting shopping experience Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking to maintain optimal availability Answer phone inquiries professionally, and schedule pre-orders as needed Support team leads when needed, with training new team members and daily operational tasks when required Experience Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or GED Previous customer service or retail sales experience (preferred) Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and clear product explanations Basic math skills for cash handling, retail calculations, and POS transactions Experience with product demos and upselling in a fast-paced retail environment is a strong advantage Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels positive customer interactions!
