Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Budtender to join our team. This role is responsible for helping customers find the right products, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product recommendations Provide knowledge on cannabis products, promotions, and deals Process transactions accurately through the POS system Promote loyalty programs and current specials Help maintain store cleanliness and organization Assist with inventory and restocking when needed Follow all company policies and CRA compliance regulations Work collaboratively with management and team members Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Customer service or retail experience preferred Knowledge of cannabis products required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Benefits Employee discounts Employee incentives Holiday pay for eligible employees Schedule Full-time, Part-time Holiday availability required Evening/weekend availability required
