Budtender

Here at Richardson Remedies, we are known for providing quality cannabis products, wide variety of products and dedicated staff who genuinely cares for our patients. With our recent expansion, our customer base is continuing to develop requiring additional outgoing and enthusiastic Budtenders to join our growing team! Budtender duties include, but are not limited to: greeting patients and visitors, verifying credentials, entering new client information and making required updates, answering product updates via face-to-face and telephone, operating POS system, taking customer orders, prepare delivery orders, janitorial maintenance, and consistently ensuring outstanding customer service. Work hours are 8AM to 8 PM and may be limited to this timeframe. This position may have a fixed or rotating schedule. 40+ hours weekly. Requirements MUST display a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude, be a team player and have the ability to make ethical and rational decisions. MUST present the capabilities to work well with multiple personality types and stressful situations. Have the ability to comprehend and follow written and oral instruction. Possess the capability to weigh and measure products of various types and the ability to comprehend basic math. Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. Dress and groom per company policy. Maintain punctual and regular attendance per company policy. Ability to maintain FOCUS on work duties as assigned. Product experience and cannabis education is preferred however not required. Prior work history and references strongly encouraged. MUST be 21 years or older and possess the ability to pass a criminal background check.
