Job Description

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Location:
Buffalo, NY Seasonal Maintenance Helper Part-Time / Seasonal Position We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Maintenance Helper to assist with the upkeep and appearance of our facilities during the busy summer season. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and families.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general building and grounds maintenance Perform light repairs, painting, and basic handyman tasks Help with seasonal outdoor work including landscaping, trimming, and playground upkeep Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas and storage spaces Follow all daycare safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Previous maintenance, landscaping, or custodial experience preferred Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather Comfortable working in an environment with children Background check may be required
