Job Description

Part-time position (12hrs/week) open immediately for a 24-unit elderly/disabled apartment complex in Silver Springs, NY. Duties include maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment. A basic aptitude for electrical and plumbing repairs and the physical ability to perform lawn care and snow removal is required. Must exhibit good interpersonal communication skills while maintaining confidentiality and be able to work independently to meet maintenance standards. Includes "On-call" duties as needed. Experience with Fair Housing, ADA regulations, or government regulated rental properties a plus. Reliable transportation and working cell phone necessary.
