Play a key role in ensuring construction quality and safety across projects What You'll Do Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance Participate in training and company initiatives Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections Current ICC certifications ; TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software We do not accept unsolicited resumes or outreach from staffing or recruiting agencies.
