In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our buildings and surrounding areas. Your expertise will help maintain a secure, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and guests. Valid driver's license needed and background check performed. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components. Conduct repairs using skills to address maintenance issues promptly. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot problems effectively. Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner. Assist with supervising vendors when needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking work orders and asset management. Support facilities upkeep by performing tasks to uphold property standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred. Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration. Customer service mindset with the ability to respond professionally to internal or external inquiries.
