SALARY RANGE

$124,200-167,400

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field; supplemented by eight or more years' experience in construction, plan review, inspections and permitting, including at least three years of supervisory or management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must have a valid Florida driver license. Must have a State of Florida Building Code Administrator license in accordance with Florida State statutes Chapter 468. A certified Floodplain Administrator or equivalent. May be required to have or obtain additional industry certification(s) based on area of assignment.
